EK KIRAN-AROH (A RAY OF HOPE) is a public charitable trust registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882. Established by a group of professionals, the organization is working in the state of Bihar & Jharkhand for last four years with marginalized social and economic groups and people at the bottom of the pyramid.
The working strategy of EK KIRAN – AROH (A RAY OF HOPE) is to involve community in planning, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation of the program through participatory approach. The focus is to make the program need-based and community-centered.

To work with poor and excluded women, men, and children to fight poverty, inequality, exploitation and injustice; to educate, organize, and empower people to promote overall inclusive development with socio – economic – political and cultural standard aiming at establishing environmentally friendly just and peaceful society.
